Job Overview
At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we design, build, and operate the world’s largest cloud platform. We manage a complex supply chain for data‑center hardware, and we are looking for a Supply Chain Product Manager to ensure critical semiconductor components are ready for new hardware launches. The role aligns component readiness with product timelines, mitigates supply risks, and enables scalable, resilient component selection.
Key Job Responsibilities- Experience leading complex, multi‑year cross‑functional initiatives spanning business and technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, hardware, or supply‑chain roles.
- Experience analyzing component‑level risks or BOM.
- Familiarity with semiconductor components (e.g., power ICs, controllers, interface ICs).
- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) in server, data‑center, or electronics hardware.
- Ability to interpret component data sheets and understand quality and reliability standards, such as JEDEC and component quality management systems.
- Understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem (fabs, OSAT, key suppliers).
- Strong technical problem‑solving skills across components, boards, and system levels.
- Strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
