Keltia - Part-Time Internships - CAD Support - Recruitment Support - 2026

Our 90 Day internship programs provides interns with a broad range of experience to support our CAD Design, CAD Training and Technical Recruiting activities in Ireland, Europe and our main office in the USA, based in Seattle WA.

Interns will be expected to help in various technical and admin support activities with a flexible work schedule to support our US office from Ireland which has an 8-hour time difference.

Internships activities are mostly unpaid unless indicated in advance for specific projects like CAD Training that Keltia is being paid for or Recruitment activities where the intern is directly involved in identifying candidates that Keltia gets a fee for a job placement

General requirements for Part-Time Internships:
1. Pass remote online CAD test in advance of internship
2. English proficiency B2 min
3. Technical Studies
4. Three-month minimum duration
5. Liability Insurance for Travel and / or Injury to be covered by the students college /if applicable Erasmus program
6. Must sign code of conduct in advance
7. Must be willing to work flexible hours in the Ireland office to support our US Seattle office which has an 8-hour time difference
8. Willing to attend events and conduct webinars
9. Approx 50% of the work week will be recruitment support, phone calls, emails, text messages, admin paperwork, filing etc example: 50% CAD Support, webinars, 3D modelling etc
10. Keltia requires to have prior correspondence from the students College/School supervisor with all relevant paperwork reviewed and approved in advance of internship start date

Job Description for CAD Support: (approx 50% of the Part-Time Internship)
The to help with our CAD Support/Training projects using CAD programs such as Solidworks, CATIA, NX, Inventor AutoCAD, Revit etc

Key Accountabilities
Create 3D Models 2D CAD drawings, for Mechanical Equipment or Fabrication Projects
Amending project documentation as required
Maintaining a register of all works and revisions to include time utilized on each project
Drawing skill and awareness in CAD 2D/3D
Capable of delivering CAD drawings and models to clients specifications and deadlines
Experience in Solidworks & CATIA or other CAD program
High level of attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office suite-excel & word.
Flexible approach to working with ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent written and reporting skills
Technical approach to problem solving

The role of a recruitment intern is to help our busy recruiting, sales and marketing office to develop our business to the next level. It is very sales orientated, although it also involves helping individuals and organizations. The key aim of the role is to help our office achieve monthly targets to meet the needs of the business while maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and clients alike.
