Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 DOE
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, incorporating all relevant tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
* Coordinate with project managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for scheduling purposes.
* Monitor project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays, proposing solutions to mitigate risks.
* Implement best practices for schedule optimization, resource leveling, and critical path analysis.
* Communicate schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
* Provide regular reports on project schedule performance, highlighting areas of concern and proposing corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Mentor and train junior schedulers on scheduling techniques and software usage.
Skills &
Qualifications:
* Education:
4-yr Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
* Experience:
* Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably in a senior or lead role.
* 7+ years combined experience in scheduling, construction, engineering, etc.
* Project Engineering and / or field experience is a plus.
* Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address scheduling conflicts effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in scheduling tasks and resources.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with computer apps, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Proficiency in key software packages used in scheduling & construction management, including Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Smartsheet, Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam, etc.
* Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, & trade practices
Reports to:
* The Senior Scheduler reports to the Schedule Lead, Schedule Manager, or another designated manager within the project management team
