- Support maintenance planning and configuration management activities for Quick Engine Change (QEC) kits. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure material availability, order fulfillment, and delivery requirements are met. Maintain documentation, bill of materials data, and supplier information to support manufacturing and operational objectives.

* Must be a U.S. Citizen
*$51.16 - $63.94 Hourly
#Education & Job Requirements
* Advanced technical education, such as a Bachelor's degree, and typically 2+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
* Willing to work overtime as needed to support program requirements and deliveries
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
#Preferred Skills
* Ability to apply existing skills, learn post-production kit planning, and contribute with minimum supervision
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with manufacturing, repair, and maintenance operations
* Experience with aircraft engines
* Experience with REDARS, STEPS, SAP, BRIDGE, WIRS, and My Boeing Fleet
#Job Duties & Functions
* Develop and maintain Master Bill of Materials (BOM) to define QEC kit configurations for each model
* Assist with the development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements
* Review supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met
* Set up and review customer sales orders and coordinate order fulfillment
* Maintain and monitor internal documentation and records
* Coordinate part acquisition activities with supplier management, logistics specialists, and purchasing agents
* Collaborate with engine build shop personnel, supplier management, program management, finance, and engineering teams to support QEC kit delivery
* Support configuration definition and maintenance activities for QEC programs
