• Build, modify, and maintain CAD models of spacecraft layouts in Creo Parametric using top-down design principles.
• Develop interface control models and drawings.
• Export CAD representations for system level analysis and integration.
• Assess configuration designs through concept development, interface management, procurement, assembly, integration, testing, and operations support.
• Coordinate with configurators, architects, and discipline leads to develop and maintain interface control and ensure seamless integration for the production phase.
• Apply relevant company, industry part design and drafting techniques to plan, layout, and maintain data representing the engineering designs as they evolve.

• Extensive experience working in Pro Engineer/Creo with Windchill familiarity.
• Experience managing large CAD assemblies and associated drawing releases.
• Experience creating fabrication and installation drawings.
• 5+ years of related experience in automotive, aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicle hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

• Experience using PTC Pro Piping, Pro Cabling, or Routed Systems Designer.
• Experience with ASME Y14.100, Y14.5, Y14.41 drafting standards.
• Solid understanding of common manufacturing materials, GD&T, and tolerance/stack‑up analysis.
• Knowledge of spacecraft components, installation, and fabrication methods of piping systems.
• Experience with a PDM version control database.
