We are seeking a Transportation Engineer to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm. This individual will contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects that enhance mobility and improve communities. Key Responsibilities- Design and support transportation infrastructure projects including roadways, intersections, highways, and multimodal facilities
- Assist with or lead traffic analysis, roadway design, and corridor studies
- Prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports
- Utilize design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station, and traffic modeling software
- Coordinate with internal teams across civil, planning, and environmental disciplines
- Support or manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables (level dependent)
- Interface with clients, municipalities, and DOT agencies
- Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to proposals and business development efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- EIT or PE license (or ability to obtain)
- 2–10 years of experience in transportation engineering
- Experience with roadway design, traffic engineering, or transportation planning
- Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station, Synchro, HCS, or similar
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in growing into project management or technical leadership roles
- Clear path to Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Partnership Track
