  • Interpret NDT/NDE results (UT, RT, PT, PAUT) and support defect evaluation and resolution
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications, translating them into precise, comprehensive, and execution-ready work instructions that enable consistent, high-quality manufacturing
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions (RCCA) for manufacturing non-conformances
  • Support DFMA and PFMEA efforts to improve manufacturability, build sequence, and production efficiency
  • Provide design for manufacturability feedback to engineering teams to improve quality and reduce cost
  • Collaborate on Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to implement process improvements and reduce defects
  • Take ownership of product quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (internships and applicable project experience may be considered)
  • Knowledge of structural mechanics principles (load paths, strength of materials, FEA interpretation)
  • Familiarity with NDT methods (visual, PT, UT, RT, PAUT, etc.)
  • Experience with manufacturing, welding, fabrication, and assembly processes
  • Proficiency interpreting 2D/3D engineering drawings and CAD models
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Hands-on, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills across shop floor and leadership levels
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
