This position is similar to a building Architectural or MEP design "project manager".

In this role, you will be the primary interface with proposal and engineering project teams, supporting your assigned projects(s) from concept into execution, managing the contract, working in a highly matrixed environment. You will drive estimating, productivity (schedule and quality) and monitor the project to ensure we will deliver on time and within budget for the overall building/facility into construction.

Location:

This role is can be based out of Woodcliff Lake NJ, Manhattan NY or Seattle WA offices. We offer some flexibility for hybrid work out of those offices. We are looking for local candidates in those areas and are not offering relocation.

Responsibilities:
Lead the building project team, along with being, the primary interface with project management, engineering discipline leads and other key stakeholders. The building project team encompasses architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and BIM designers. Set expectations, for producitivity, and quality, as well as management and ownership of project performance (productivity, quality, milestones, manhour budget, and schedule).
