We're Hiring | New Business Development – Engineering Services (Aerospace)

Location: Seattle, WA, USA

We are looking for an experienced New Business Development Leader with a strong background in Engineering Services to expand our presence across the Aerospace sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic sales professional with an established network within Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
, and a proven ability to win new business for engineering and technical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace market.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for Engineering Services.
  • Drive solution-based sales across engineering design, analysis, digital engineering, and testing services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For
  • 8–10+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in Engineering Services.
  • Proven experience selling engineering, design, or technology services to Aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Existing relationships within key aerospace accounts.
  • Strong technical, commercial, and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Willingness to travel across the Eastern U.S. and internationally as required.
Must Have
  • Min 10 years experience of Engineering Services (ER&D) Sales in Aerospace/Defence Domain Experience is a Must
  • Driving large deals in excess of $20 million and deep networks in Aerospace companies.
  • Should be in a leadership role currently (Director and above) having networks of CXO’s – Exhibit deep networks & relationships in this industry
