Field Services Engineer

We are partnered with an innovative medical device company specializing in energy-based technologies for the medical aesthetics and surgical markets.

They are looking for a Field Service Engineer to deliver advanced technical support across customer sites in the Pacific Northwest.

You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laser systems, acting as a key technical resource while working cross‑functionally with Service, Software, Quality, and R&D teams.

• Install, repair, test, and calibrate laser systems and sub‑assemblies
• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues, escalating where needed
• Create technical documentation including procedures and service bulletins
• Conduct trend analysis on component failures and recurring issues
• Deliver on‑site customer support, training, and workshops
• Mentor junior engineers and support training initiatives
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare part inventory
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering
• 2 to 4 years of field service experience, ideally in laser, medical device, or industrial equipment
• Strong understanding of optics, electronics, cooling systems, and power supplies
• Experience with technical writing and service documentation preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
