- 5+ years of experience with strong technical capability
- Experience with the following technical software:
Autocad, Civil3D, MGSFlood, Hydro Cad, or Water Cad - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Civil Engineer license
- Degree from a university in the United States or 1 year minimum relevant US work experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
