A nationally recognized structural engineering consulting firm is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work on complex, large-scale building projects with construction values exceeding $50 million, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on impactful projects across the United States and internationally.
What You'll Do- Design and analyze structural systems for complex building projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineering teams to develop innovative structural solutions.
- Contribute throughout the design process, from concept development through construction support.
- Work on architecturally significant, technically challenging projects spanning a variety of building types.
- Utilize advanced structural analysis and modeling software to deliver high-quality designs.
- Participate in a highly collaborative team environment focused on technical excellence and professional growth.
- 3–5 years of experience in structural engineering design, preferably on projects with construction values exceeding $50 million.
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S. university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence.
- Creative problem-solver who can think beyond standard design approaches.
- Desire for professional growth and increased responsibility within the organization.
- Enjoys collaborative, iterative design processes and working within team-oriented environments.
- Proficiency with:
- SAP
2000 - ETABS
- Revit
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- SAP
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
