Position SummaryThe Boeing Company is looking for a Deputy Chief Pilot – Flight Technical and Safety (FT&S) located in Seattle, WA. This position is primarily non-flying but must maintain qualification as a pilot on at least one model of Boeing aircraft and requires a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating or equivalent.
Position Responsibilities- Responsible for executing projects, implementing policies and procedures and setting operational goals
- Acquiring resources for projects, providing technical management and leading process improvements
- Leading/mentoring a team of direct reports
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
- U.S. export control compliance – a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- 737 Type Rating
- Five or more years of experience in airplane accident investigation and/or training
- Work experience in Flight Operations
- International flight experience
- 757/767 Type Rating

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range : $256,700 - $347,300
