MLA Engineering is a growing consulting and design firm based in Seattle, WA. We are seeking a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. This role offers opportunities for advancement into leadership positions for individuals with the right skills and drive.

• Design and analyze structures in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood framing.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Utilize structural analysis software and BIM tools for project execution.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an ABET-accredited program. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a structural engineering consulting environment.
• Licensure: EIT required for candidates with 3–5 years of experience; PE or SE preferred for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT and structural software such as RISA, ETABS, SAP
  2000.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Work Schedule:

Our team thrives on in-person collaboration, and we encourage working in our Seattle office four days per week, working remotely one day per week. We offer additional flexibility when needed for work-life balance.

Compensation:
Competitive salary $85,000 – $115,000 per year, plus bonus potential and comp time benefits.
