- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 6‑8+ years of experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Site Installation and Commissioning or Engineering/Technology activities focused on specification and design.
- Engineering or Project Engineering experience is an added advantage.
- Solid technical background with Engineering or Technical Service experience in flange‑to‑flange / Systems Engineering.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Act as the primary technical interface for site team and collaborate with Engineering for project execution.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Baker Hughes's technical documentation and machinery data to compare with customer requests, ensuring alignment.
- Provide project leadership and technical direction for identified opportunities, incorporating robust technical risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Support Engineering planning and related issue resolution.
- Lead technical decisions with BH and customers for project‑related discussions.
- Display a strong customer‑service orientation mindset; be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Read and understand Engineering documents (e.g., P&, data sheets, Cause & Effect chart, field instrument list, O&M manuals).
- Read various Service Requests (issue reporting platform), understand the technical issue and summarize it succinctly.
- Collaborate with other Engineering team members, field service engineers, and digital team members for on‑time delivery of the given task.
