Design Drafter III (1st Shift)

Duration: 1 Year 10 Months (with possible extension)

Shift: 1st Shift, 8 hour, Monday to Friday, Day shift

Experience in drafting and 3D modeling in CREO and AutoCAD/Draftsight required. Knowledge of GD&T and good drafting practices essential. On-site presence required 4 days a week initially, then flexibility for WFH.

• Plans, lays out, draws, models, and revises detailed engineering drawings for medical devices.
• Utilizes CAD software (CREO, AutoCAD/Draftsight) and PDM link.
• Completes details of layout drawings and prepares production detail drawings.
• Provides technical support in process improvement or product development.
• Performs testing, troubleshooting, and data manipulation.

Works under limited supervision and direction from engineers and senior designers.

Performs technical activities requiring considerable judgment and may have ownership of minor projects.

Expected to independently propose solutions to technical problems.

Communicates with internal contacts and team members on technical matters.

Provides guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Vocational or technical education preferred.

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
