Keyjob responsibilities
- Water treatment systems (RO, IX, softening, membrane) for data center cooling
- Evaporative media lifecycle management and scaling/fouling mitigation
- Chemical management programs (dosing, compliance, vendor strategy)
- Water efficiency optimization at fleet scale
- Heat transfer fluids for liquid cooling applications
- Develop cross functional relationships that facilitate the gathering of robust and complete product requirements for mechanical solutions
- Build and maintain strategic roadmaps for new mechanical solutions to drive business initiatives
- Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of Mechanical Systems for our next generation data center in a highly cross-functional environment, which includes internal customers, hardware, and software development teams.
- Drive teams inside and outside the organization to deliver complex cross-functional programs with high impact to the organization.
This PMT role specifically addresses the critical water and chemical engineering dimension of mechanical cooling products—ensuring that evaporative media, water treatment systems, and chemical programs are optimized for performance, cost, reliability, and environmental compliance at hyperscale.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 1+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
- 5+ years working closely with teams of 5-25 high performing associates with a proven track record of success and growth
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience in data center design, HVAC design and related product development
- Knowledge of power distribution and data center mechanical cooling systems
