Senior Mechanical Engineer

We're seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with strong project management capabilities to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive technical excellence, and foster lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities- Lead project teams and manage budgets, schedules, and resources with precision and accountability.
- Serve as Lead Engineer and/or Engineer of Record (EOR), providing technical leadership across design scopes.
- Enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes.
- Participate in project interviews and represent the firm with professionalism and expertise.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and quality service.
- Present technical content to clients, internal staff, and at industry events.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development through training and guidance.
- Play a key role in shaping and refining company standards and workflows.
- Uphold and enforce the project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
- Perform additional duties as needed to support project and company success.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 12 years of industry experience in building systems design.
- Professional credential in discipline (e.g., PE, CPD).
- Proven leadership experience in engineering and project management roles.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills; ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects profitably and efficiently.
- Proficiency in project billing, reporting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Solid understanding of financial and operational aspects of project delivery.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and design software including Revit and AutoCAD.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with in the Mechanical field for 6-12+ years.
- Must be well-versed in Revit and mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in working within the MEP space.

This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00/yr. 401k, benefits, profit sharing, bonuses, variety of projects, sustainability focus.
