Senior Project Manager – P2S|CMTA

3 days In‑office / 2 Remote
Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience). Eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus.

OverviewLead complex engineering projects from proposal development through construction completion, managing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and construction administration to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder communication, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Lead multi‑discipline technical and engineering teams, understanding architecture, construction, landscaping, commissioning, and civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Perform budget calculations and financial modeling.
- Manage large projects spanning multiple disciplines with senior engineers and sub‑consultants.
- Troubleshoot design issues, compliance challenges, and resolve disputes.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Prepare detailed drawings, reports, and specifications for projects greater than $10 M.
- Prepare proposals and construction estimates for large and high‑profile projects.
- Produce meeting agendas, reports, and punch lists.
- Lead construction meetings and regulatory negotiations, understanding code and compliance issues.
- Review construction documents, including bids, submittals, and RFIs.
- Develop business with new and existing clients.
- Provide direction and mentor other PMs, engineers, and staff.
- Assist designers and engineers with time management and prioritization.
- Arrange and lead internal training sessions for P2S staff.
- Oversee design through the construction process.
Candidates must have current work authorization in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of direct project management experience.
- Professional Engineering Certificate (preferred); PMP (preferred).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, collaborative team player with proven capacity to manage major long‑term projects.
- Responsive communication skills and ability to interface with clients on time‑critical tasks.
- Computer skills:
Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Revit.
