You will define the Reddit Benchmark and oversee evaluation across Safety, Reasoning, and Reddit-specific knowledge, guiding post-training strategies and data curriculum.
You will lead the evaluation framework, calibrate automated judges, and mentor engineers and scientists while collaborating with Safety Engineering and AI teams.
