SummaryBMS Service Technician II diagnoses and resolves complex system issues in building management systems across commercial and mission-critical environments. This role ensures systems run reliably by completing service work from start to finish, reducing repeat issues, and maintaining consistent service quality
Outcomes- >= 85% of service tickets resolved without return visit (First-Time Fix Rate)
- Service issues resolved within SLA timelines across all priority tiers (MTTR)
- >= 95% QA pass rate with
