Established in 2023 in Seattle, WA, Delta E is an MEP engineering and design consulting firm built on a clear vision to form collaborative partnerships with building owners and design and construction teams that go beyond traditional consulting boundaries. You will be joining a team of seasoned industry professionals and contributing to a business with an established foundation and a strong trajectory. This role is well suited for design professionals who enjoy project and task ownership and enjoy problem-solving beyond a narrow job description. With seven separate services in-house (MEP engineering, Lighting Design, Sustainability and Energy Consulting, and Commissioning), integrative design practices is required at Delta

Folks with less experience (~2-3 years), less certifications or credentials (e.g. BEMP, PE, AIA, etc.), or less of the preferred qualifications can expect to be towards the lower portion of the salary range, while exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates would be at the upper end of the range.

We are seeking a mid level energy modeling professional to join our growing Energy Services Studio, which works in close collaboration with our Sustaina bility and Commissioning Studios. This role is vital in driving our project success across diverse sectors, including multifamily, affordable housing, hospitality, adaptive reuse, tenant improvement, high-rise, and mid-rise projects. You will leverage expertise in energy-efficient building system design and simulation, energy codes, and green building rating systems to help facilitate operationally efficient projects.
