Shield AI is seeking a Reliability Test Engineer to prepare, execute, and manage environmental tests on electronic flight hardware across VBAT and XBAT aircraft. This is a highly hands-on role, defining test plans, assembling fixtures, instrumenting hardware, and programming chambers.
You will own data collection, analyze failures, and produce clear reports to drive product quality and long-term reliability throughout the vehicles’ life cycles.
