Regular and predictable attendance is required. This is a non-managerial, non-leadership role. The Company is looking for experienced Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Engineering specialists to support the In-Service NDT team on first shift. Our mission is to develop, implement, and sustain Non-Destructive Evaluation & Measurement technologies and processes for BCA Programs. We aim to be the recognized industry leader in Non-Destructive Evaluation solutions that support product lifecycle sustainment and high-rate production.

• Bachelor, or Master of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics
• 10 years of engineering experience
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

• Develops NDE procedures in support of airline customer maintenance inspections
• Designs NDE reference standards in support of inspection procedures
• Develops engineering specifications and other documents to meet customer needs
• Assists in evaluation of emerging technologies for potential application to business needs
• Assists with development and qualification of new tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes to meet requirements
• Performs routine tests and audits to qualify suppliers to applicable requirements
• Assists in implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Uses project management tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule requirements
• Incorporates environmental health and safety, LEAN, and Quality principles into materials and processes, research, design and qualification, work procedures, and labs and office areas
