Your Role, Your Impact Lead scalable testing strategies for new rail systems and upgrades Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Guarantee reliability through rigorous commissioning and validation processes Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies and methodologies Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers to build technical excellence
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field 3-5 years of experience in rail, transportation, or industrial commissioning Proficiency in system testing, commissioning protocols, and safety standards Strong understanding of rail system integration and troubleshooting Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills for project delivery How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of commissioning milestones and project goals Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams Reduction in defects, improved system efficiency, and rapid issue resolution Alstom, A Great Place to Grow Work with cutting-edge rail technologies and strategic industry vision Make a global impact from our Seattle office Advance your career through continuous learning and development Compensation: $85k
