Salary: $65,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking a hands-on Lab Manager to own and operate the engineering lab infrastructure supporting satellite and RF hardware development.

You will:

• Own day-to-day lab operations
• Maintain calibration systems and preventative maintenance programs
• Manage inventory and asset tracking
• Oversee lab safety (ESD, chemicals, compliance)
• Support environmental test equipment (thermal, vibe, HALT/HASS)
• Coordinate facility and vendor management
• Assist with light warehouse operations
• Support satellite integration workflows

Required:

• 3+ years in aerospace, RF, electronics, or high-reliability lab environment
• Experience supporting flight or flight-like hardware
• Calibration + asset tracking system experience
• ESD and lab safety knowledge
• Ability to read schematics + mechanical drawings
• Onsite in Seattle
• ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Green Card)

Strongly Desired:

• Satellite or antenna assembly
• AS9100 / IPC / NIST familiarity
• RF connectors, fine-pitch soldering
• Cleanroom support experience
• 3D printer maintenance
