Season: Summer 2026 (May-August)
Position Type: Internship (college credit encouraged)

Overview:
The Dub Sea Fish Sticks are seeking Play-by-Play Broadcast Interns for the 2026 summer season. Interns will serve as an on-air voice for live game broadcasts, calling Dub Sea Fish Sticks games and helping bring the energy of The Show to fans watching and listening online.

Responsibilities:

• Provide live play-by-play commentary for Fish Sticks games
• Prepare game notes, rosters, and storylines
• Work with color commentators and production staff during live broadcasts
• Read sponsor messaging and promotional elements on-air
• Maintain an energetic, professional broadcast presence
• Accept coaching and feedback to improve performance

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in sports broadcasting or journalism
• Solid knowledge of baseball rules and terminology
• Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills
• Ability to perform in a live broadcast environment
• Availability for evening and weekend games
• Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented

Preferred (Not Required):

• Prior play-by-play or announcing experience
• Broadcast, journalism, or communications coursework
• Audio or video samples of previous work
