This is a unique opportunity to join the company as it undergoes significant growth while establishing a new office in Malta, offering strong opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage a portfolio of B2B casino operator accounts across multiple regulated markets
* Act as the primary point of contact for all operational, and strategic promotion matters
* Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and the launch of new products and features
* Analyse game performance, player behaviour, and KPIs to optimise revenue and engagement
* Prepare and lead regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic planning sessions
* Coordinate closely with internal teams including Product, Integration, Compliance, Marketing, and Commercial
* Manage contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and ongoing account terms
* Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and successful launches of new games or content
* Proactively identify risks to account performance or retention and implement mitigation plans
* Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B account management, ideally within iGaming or online casino
* Strong understanding of casino products, game mechanics, and key performance metrics
* Commercially driven, with experience managing revenue-focused partnerships
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear commercial actions
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
* Fluent English required
Nice to Have
* Professional working proficiency or above in a second language (Spanish)
* Experience working with casino game providers or platform suppliers
* Experience launching and scaling casino content with operator partners
