VIP Account Manager

Betting Jobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a VIP Account Manager to join their team based in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of VIP and high-value players.

* Build strong, long-term relationships through personalized communication.

* Provide tailored promotions, bonuses, and offers based on player behaviour.

* Monitor player activity, analyse trends, and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.

* Reactivate dormant VIP players and maximize retention.

* Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, handling requests and escalations.

* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Payments, and Customer Support teams.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible gaming standards.

* Maintain accurate records and internal reporting.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in iGaming, online casino, or social casino environment.

* Previous experience as a VIP Account Manager, VIP Host, or similar role.

* Strong understanding of player retention, segmentation, and lifecycle management.

* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

* Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

* Analytical thinking and ability to interpret player data.

* Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

* Must be eligible to work in Canada.
