Ice Cream Attendant

The opportunity

Delaware North Sport service is hiring part-time Ice Cream Attendants to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As a soft serve Ice Cream Attendant, you will be responsible for operating a mobile, electric ice cream cart, powered by an electric pallet jack. • Deliver a high-energy, premium ice cream experience to suite-level guests while maintaining a luxury service standard
• Clearly communicate available ice cream offerings and accommodate reasonable guest requests
• Follow all arena, safety, and operational protocols related to mobile equipment
• Properly set up, operate, and shut down the ice cream cart before and after events
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the cart at all times
• Monitor inventory product levels, temperature control, and quality throughout service

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekend and holidays.
• Prior hospitality, concessions, catering, or guest-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable operating or learning electric pallet jack equipment
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Food Handler permit or the ability to obtain
• MAST permit
• No degree required

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
