Position: Senior Casino Growth & CRM Manager
Betting Jobs is working with a leading international iGaming operator in their search for a Senior Casino Growth & CRM Manager to take ownership of the Portuguese market strategy and drive casino performance across acquisition, retention and player value management.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with CRM expertise and a deep understanding of Portuguese player behaviour.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the casino commercial and CRM strategy for Portugal

* Own and manage the local casino bonus and promotional budget

* Deliver targeted acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns

* Build market-specific customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies

* Analyse campaign and player performance data to optimise ROI and revenue growth

* Work closely with marketing, analytics, and central commercial teams to align local initiatives

* Monitor Portuguese market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments

* Manage and develop one direct report within the commercial function

Requirements:

* Proven experience within iGaming across CRM and commercial planning, or casino marketing

* Strong understanding of the Portuguese online gaming market

* Fluent Portuguese and English language skills

* Experience managing promotional budgets and measuring campaign performance

* Strong analytical mindset with confidence interpreting customer and revenue data

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Previous leadership or team management experience preferred

* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
