Responsibilities:
* Own casino strategy and performance decisions, using data and market insight to continuously refine the commercial direction of the vertical.
* Take operational ownership of the Casino P&L; monitor revenue, promotional costs, and GGR performance to ensure targets are achieved and spend is optimized.
* Stay informed on industry trends, player preferences, and competitor activity to support data-driven decision-making.
* Oversee the end-to-end Casino product offering, from provider / game selection and approvals to performance reviews, to ensure a strong, engaging portfolio.
* Lead commercial negotiations with game providers and platform partners, setting supplier strategy and standards while partnering with the executive team as required.
* Work closely with the Casino product squad to develop and refine the Online Casino product offering.
* Define operational requirements for CRM and Marketing teams, providing input into the planning and execution of campaigns and promotional product offerings to maximize efficient player engagement and retention.
* Ensure the delivery of a market-leading digital wagering experience across all touchpoints.
* Build, lead, and scale the Casino team, setting clear expectations, standards, and ways of working as the team grows
* Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery across all Casino initiatives.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in online gaming, with significant exposure to Online Casino operations, product, or commercial leadership roles. At least 1-2 years of people management experience is required.
* Strong understanding of Casino revenue drivers, bonus efficiency, and GGR optimization.
* Strong grasp of Casino content, player behaviour, incentives, and portfolio management.
* Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and player insights to guide strategy.
* A hands-on leader who can build strong relationships and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
