Join the team that brings world‑class events to life. The Event Production (EP) team is looking for a dynamic Event Producer who thrives on delivering high‑quality, high‑impact experiences for customers at every scale. If you’re passionate about live events, love solving complex logistics puzzles, and want to produce exciting corporate events, we want to hear from you.
Key job responsibilities- Produce and support live events from planning through execution and post‑event wrap.
- Handle event costs and quotes; educate customers on event cost and scope.
- Report data for Weekly Business Review.
- Support events in dedicated and local venues.
- Coordinate vendor estimates, labor costs, and technical resource scheduling.
- Lead customer planning meetings, walk‑throughs, and technical rehearsals.
- Optimize audio, video, lighting, and staging needs for the customer.
- Manage event agendas, run‑of‑show, media playback, and presentation methods.
- Support producer operations at locations other than the dedicated venue.
- Identify blockers, troubleshoot effectively, and facilitate progress.
- Support producer process improvements.
No two days are the same on the Event Production team and that’s what makes this role exciting.
The producer process starts well before show day. A minimum of six weeks ahead, you’re already engaged in the pre‑production process: evaluating bookings, holding customer and planning meetings, and maintaining clear communication with the customer and engineers leading up to set and show day.
On non‑show days, you’re focused on pre‑planning: coordinating logistics, aligning with vendors, building run‑of‑show documents, managing cost estimates, and ensuring every detail is accounted for before your crew arrives onsite.
On show days, you’re in the thick of it: supporting set with your crew, managing rehearsals, and driving show execution from start to finish. You’re the point of contact for your customer, ensuring everything runs smoothly and adapting on the fly when things change.
After the event wraps, you shift into reporting mode: capturing event data, finalizing vendor costs, and contributing to Weekly Business Review reporting to keep leadership informed and the team aligned.
Pre‑event- Assist and lead customer planning meetings and walk‑throughs.
- Prepare and distribute event scripts to production engineers.
- Coordinate vendor estimates and labor costs.
- Schedule technical resources for equipment and labor.
- Coordinate any necessary technical testing or rehearsals.
- Support media playback and presentation methods.
- Communicate clearly with all team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate personal travel arrangements, schedules, and expenses.
- Provide dedicated onsite support for assigned customers.
- Coordinate technical services for assigned events and relevant facility operations.
- Optimize audio, video, lighting, and staging for the best quality attainable.
- Support the greater Producer team with occasional show calling and onsite operations.
- Flex dynamically to customer needs and adapt to complications.
- Support proper strike of event venue and assist with post‑event reporting.
- Attend to any post‑event customer needs.
- Coordinate any post‑event expenditures.
