This is a hybrid role and only suitable for those located in the GTA.
Building a Toronto-based VIP team for one of the fastest-growing online crypto casino brands. As a VIP Host, you will be the named relationship owner for a portfolio of high-value players, delivering the kind of personal, polished service players expect from a premium casino experience.
This is a relationship-management role, not a contact-centre role. You will use player insight, host craft, sound commercial judgment, and responsible-gaming awareness to create loyalty without compromising player wellbeing.
What You Will Do
* Own a portfolio of assigned VIP players, maintaining meaningful monthly contact and clear CRM notes on preferences, value, needs, and risk indicators.
* Deliver personalized player experiences including tailored offers, birthday and milestone recognition, gifts, event invitations, and service recovery gestures within approved reinvestment guidelines.
* Act as the internal advocate for VIP players by partnering with Support, Payments, Product, Marketing, Fraud, and Responsible Gaming teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
* Monitor player activity, engagement trends, lifecycle signals, churn risk, and reactivation opportunities using CRM and reporting tools.
* Manage reinvestment responsibly, balancing player experience, budget discipline, return on investment, and responsible-gaming obligations.
* Provide product guidance across casino games, promotions, payments, account tools, and VIP program benefits.
* Maintain warm handovers with after-hours support so urgent issues are resolved outside regular host coverage without breaking relationship continuity.
What You Bring
* 2+ years in VIP hosting in the iGaming or physical casino industry.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the judgment to adapt tone to different high-value players.
* Comfort using data to prioritize outreach, identify risk, and personalize service.
* Experience with CRM systems, player notes, ticketing tools, or account-management platforms.
* Sound judgment around discretionary offers, sensitive information, complaints, and escalations.
* Knowledge of online casino, sports betting, payments, or crypto gaming is an asset.
* Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and events as the VIP calendar requires.
Schedule and Coverage
* Standard working pattern should be 9am-5pm Monday-Friday from Toronto, with planned flexibility for events, top-player needs, and key promotional windows.
* Hybrid work schedule with ability to work in most countries worldwide.
