We’re partnering with one of Seattle’s most exciting hospitality and entertainment destinations to find an Event Manager who thrives at the intersection of events, food & beverage, entertainment, and guest experience. • Lead planning and execution for corporate events, private celebrations, community activations, and experiential programming
• Serve as the primary client partner from initial inquiry through flawless event delivery and post-event follow-up
• Collaborate across culinary, operations, marketing, and venue teams to create seamless guest experiences
• Manage timelines, logistics, staffing plans, floor layouts, and operational details
• Build strong partnerships with vendors, clients, and local community organizations
• Elevate service standards and deliver memorable hospitality at every touchpoint
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through upselling and repeat business development
• Analyze event performance and continuously improve execution and efficiency

• 3+ years of Event Management experience within hospitality, entertainment, venues, restaurants, hotels, or experiential concepts
• Proven success executing high-volume and multi-layered events
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Strong client-facing presence with polished communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience partnering closely with culinary and operations teams
• Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and creating memorable moments
• Experience with event software, scheduling systems, and planning platforms is a plus

• $95,000–$100,000 Base Salary
