PNA Spring Fundraiser – Together We Shine

Saturday, May 16, 2026

Phinney Center: 6532 Phinney Ave N, 98103

Set‑up shifts from 2PM Friday through 5PM Saturday – open to all ages.

Event shifts from 4 to 11PM Saturday – must be 21+.

Clean‑up shift from 1 to 4PM Sunday – open to all ages.

• Make desserts.
• Warmly welcome guests to the event.
• Staff the party games.
• Sell games of chance and PNA merchandise.
• Check in guests.
• Pour drinks.
• Staff the food and cookie stations.
• Set up, clean up, and more.

During the event (between 5 and 10PM Saturday) volunteers should dress smartly in black. We will provide sparkly accessories, and you are welcome to bring or wear your own sparkles.

If you don’t have an all‑black outfit in business‑style casual (a collared top with slacks or leggings under a dress), please let me know. We’d love to help you find an appropriate outfit.

All event volunteers will receive free admission to the Raffle Frenzy After Party, including a free drink ticket and complimentary food in the volunteer room.
