Security Greeter

Position Summary:

IDs patrons as they pass through , greets all patrons, informs guests of casino promotions and general information about the casino, and welcomes all patrons to the casino.

• Checks identification at the  to ensure all guests are at least 18 years of age.
• Answers questions about the casinos, directs guests to amenities.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Ensure the safe keeping of company information, including guest information.
• Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality in all actions and duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude at all times.
• Have complete knowledge of all special events and promotional activities.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be 18.
• Ability to read simple instructions.
• Ability to use a telephone.
• Ability to work well with public.
• Excellent public relations/customer service skills.
• Able to maintain a professional manner.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.

• Ability to solve problems.
• Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.
