Event Manager IV

We're seeking an Event Manager IV to support a leading event production company. This temp role is based on-site and involves managing large-scale conferences and live events. Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and seamless event execution.

• Oversee all aspects of conference planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of work streams.
• Coordinate with external speakers, expo teams, and other stakeholders for smooth event logistics.
• Manage multiple event disciplines, including content, expo planning, and post-event analysis.
• Operate independently during planning and onsite to address issues proactively.
• Lead critical work streams during live events and communicate updates to senior leadership.

• Proven experience with event management software, particularly Bizzabo.
• Extensive program management background, including constructing detailed run of shows using tools like Asana.
• Significant experience managing large events with more than 3,000 attendees.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Corporate event experience; candidates from small companies will not be considered.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
