Stage Manager – “A Klingon Christmas Carol”

Latitude Theatre is looking for a Stage Manager for our production of "A Klingon Christmas Carol", running December 4, 2026 to January 2, 2027 at the TPS Center Theatre at the Seattle Center Armory. Rehearsals begin October 4 at the University Heights Center. Come work on a show like none you've ever done before!
Duties will include assisting the Director, opening the rehearsal studio and performances spaces, calling the show, maintaining nightly rehearsal notes, attending production meetings, coordinating actor activities, and other duties befitting the position (as assigned by the producer).
Rehearsal and performance dates are as follows:
First Read:
October 4, 7-10pm
Rehearsals are generally weeknights 7-10pm and weekends 2-6pm.
Tech week:
November 23-December 3 (no rehearsal on 11/25 & 11/26, for Thanksgiving)
Performances: 7:30pm 12/4, 12/5, 12/9, 12/10, 12/11, 12/12, 12/17, 12/18, 12/19, 12/21, 12/23, 12/26; 2pm 12/6, 12/13, 12/20, 12/24, 12/27, 1/2/2027;
There is a special early (7pm) performance on NYE (12/31). No performances on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
- Knowledge of stage management procedures and etiquette.
- Ability to problem-solve in real-time.
- Creative and collaborative spirit.
- Good communications skills.
- Familiarity with Q-lab and Powerpoint are preferred, but not required.

Pay Rate:
Latitude Theatre will pay a stipend of $1200 for managing the rehearsal process at University Heights Center and hourly employment ($22/hour) while managing 2 weeks of technical rehearsals, a 5‑week run, and strike at the TPS Center Theatre at the Seattle Center Armory.
