Base pay range$75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Assist the Financial Planner in preparing for and conducting client meetings, with a focus on accuracy, detail, and personalized service.
- Manage all pre-meeting tasks, including data gathering, agenda creation, client paperwork preparation, Investment Policy Statements, and asset allocation strategies.
- Handle post-meeting follow-ups such as financial situation analysis and coordinating implementation with external professionals when necessary.
- Execute and support investment account transactions, including individual trades, cash management, portfolio rebalancing, and tax loss harvesting.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to high-net-worth clients.
- Independently manage and nurture ongoing client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Lead Financial Planner on portfolio maintenance and management.
- Serve in a supporting role on the Investment Committee, contributing to research and decision-making.
- Use proprietary software to manage account models, trading, and tax strategies.
- Conduct ongoing fund research under the guidance of the Chief Investment Officer, including fund swaps and model updates.
- Assist with preparing and coordinating portfolio reviews in collaboration with the Investment Committee.
- Build meeting agendas and facilitate productive client discussions.
- Active FINRA registrations, including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA-recognized equivalents)
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
- CFP certification or equivalent industry credentials strongly preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starting mindset
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while keeping the Lead Planner informed of progress and obstacles
