Senior Accountant - Hybrid

We have partnered with a long-time client to find them a top-notch Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience in public accounting or industry (a mix is ideal, but don't let that stop you from applying!)

• Despite the recent RTO push, our client keeps a hybrid schedule with 2 days in office and 3 days WFH; flexible hours (within reason) to accommodate differing schedules

• 3 weeks PTO (accrued at 1.25 days per month)
• Compensation ranges from $85-115k depending on experience

• 3-5+ years of post-graduation accounting experience whether in industry, public, or a mix of the two
• CPA (active or pursuing) is preferred but not a requirement
• ERP experience - Sage, Netsuite, SAP, or similar
• Advanced excel (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
• Knowledge of and experience with US GAAP is required
• Experience manipulating, accessing, and extracting data in a relational database

• Month-end close
• Set up (or help setting up) fixed asset systems
• Assist with system implementation projects, perform ad hoc financial analyses, and recommend/participate in process improvement projects
• Conduct bank reconciliations, process credit card transactions, review payroll, and assist with annual audit
