ABOUT

THE ROLE

A Senior Finance Manager at Teague owns the numbers and helps leaders understand what they mean. This role sits at the intersection of accounting and FP&A, providing broad exposure and real ownership across the financial foundation of the business. You’ll be accountable for accurate, timely financial reporting while also leading budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning that support smart, informed decision‑making.

TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS

While this role does not have a formal on‑site requirement, we value in‑person collaboration and encourage flexibility to work from our Seattle office on an ad‑hoc basis, particularly alongside your manager, to build strong partnerships and maximize shared working time with leaders.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a finance leader who brings both rigor and approachability to your work. You have a strong ability to communicate financial information clearly and confidently, translating numbers into insights that resonate with a wide range of audiences. You’re comfortable partnering directly with leaders across the organization, especially Directors and Managers who own budgets, and you enjoy helping them understand forecasts, trade‑offs, and financial implications so they can make informed decisions.

You thrive in a collaborative, creative environment and believe finance works best when embedded in the business. Experience in design, consulting, or other project‑based services is a plus, as you can partner effectively with creatives while balancing discipline and flexibility. You bring strong judgment, adaptability, and a partnership mindset, and lead hands‑on with trust and visibility. Working closely with budget holders, you support budgeting, forecasting, and planning, build strong relationships, and bring clarity to complexity, making finance an accessible, trusted, value‑driving function.
