You'll play a pivotal role in transforming how we manage and implement equity plans across diverse global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global stock plan compliance strategies
  • Lead regulatory change management across international jurisdictions
  • Design and execute stock plan initiatives for geographic and merger expansion activities
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create innovative equity plan solutions
  • Support global stock plan reporting and compliance related activities
  • Oversee implementation of regulatory changes to ensure program design and administration adheres to country‑specific requirements
  • Support management of mobile tax positions, policies, and RSU mobile transactions
  • Provide guidance, consultation, assess risks, and lead implementation of employee stock plans for geographic M&A activities
  • Manage stock plan initiatives and related change management plans
  • Partner with internal and external business partners to research, provide input and recommendations on equity plan initiatives and policies
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on equity plan obligations, working closely with leadership, process owners, business expansion partners, Legal, HR, Finance Operations, Tax, Payroll, and M&A teams
  • Develop and execute new procedures and best practices to comply with local regulations in new jurisdictions and legal entities resulting from expansion and acquisition activities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive stock plan trainings, as needed

You'll dive into intricate stock plan compliance challenges, working across multiple time zones and cultural contexts. Expect to engage in cross‑functional projects that require both meticulous attention to detail and big‑picture thinking, from regulatory reporting to supporting international business expansions.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience working with employee equity plans or global mobility taxation, gained through in‑house programs or consulting/accounting firms
  • Experience with stock plan administration within global stock plans
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate and communicate with business partners and teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in global equity plan development, administration, and program governance
  • Possession of professional designation such as Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee stock plan design along with associated complexities of plan administration, regulatory requirements, and taxability implications
  • International business experience with stock or finance/accounting
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to design workable solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads effectively, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy of discretion through ambiguous circumstances
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Strong business judgment and a practical, common‑sense approach to solving complex problems
