Company OverviewAddison Group is representing a growing, private equity backed professional services company that provides compliance support to commercial businesses. The company is expanding its footprint nationally and investing in new operational capabilities, creating the need for a strategic finance leader to support scaling efforts.
Position SummaryThe Senior Finance Manager will lead key financial planning and strategic analysis activities and serve as a critical partner to the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and refining financial models, forecasting business performance, preparing management and board-level reporting, and providing insights that guide decision-making. The Senior Finance Manager will play a central role in quarterly board presentations and ongoing business performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Leads the company’s financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Build and update complex financial models to support scenario planning, pricing strategy, capital planning, and evaluation of new business opportunities.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Creates polished board presentations and reporting packages for quarterly board meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.
- Partners cross-functionally with operations, sales, accounting, and executive leadership to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinates monthly financial review meetings with department leaders and PE firm, explaining variances and performance drivers.
- Supports strategic initiatives, including M&A evaluation, financial due diligence, and integration planning when applicable.
- Enhances financial processes, reporting systems, and data automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A in a fast growth mid-sized company
- Foundation in transaction advisory, strategy, or investment banking preferred.
- Demonstrated, advanced financial modeling experience required.
- Prior experience in a private equity backed company a plus.
- Proven experience preparing executive- and board-level financial reports and presentations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Our client offers:
$160,000 to $180,000 base salary range dependent on experience, plus annual bonus target.

- Hybrid schedule - minimum 3 days in-office after 90 days. Downtown Seattle location.
