Our client based in Seattle is looking for a seasoned Controller to bring strong accounting principle to this highly successful organization. 150M revenue and 400+employees. Strong work/life balance, relationship focused, and startup feel.
Position SummarySuccessful candidate will enjoy analyzing complex financial reports, be able to reclassify items and collaborate with CFO to delivery month close and financial statements.
You will lead the accounting functions including G/L, A/P, A/R, and Payroll for balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Strong systems background to get the most out of ERP software.
Coordinating accounting projects and initiatives with accounting and finance team.
Qualifications Summary- Mid level experience that wants a career path to CFO
- Highly detail-oriented and systems savvy
- Familiar with accounting software
- BS in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business Administration or related field
- Construction experience preferred
Compensation is 150k to 185K plus bonus and benefits.
