Job Description & How to Apply Below

As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role on the client service team, serving as a primary contact for day-to-day inquiries and working closely with senior team members (Client CIOs) to deliver exceptional service. You will participate in client meetings, manage quarterly investment reviews, and prepare clear, high-quality presentation and communication materials for our clients, primarily retirement plans, endowments, foundations, and hospital systems.

In this role, you will partner with internal teams to provide a wide range of investment services, including policy review, asset allocation design, portfolio implementation, manager and product evaluation, and performance reporting. You will apply a strong understanding of performance calculations and attribution to deliver customized analysis and solutions in response to client requests. You will also craft clear, insightful, and well-structured written commentary, in both formal reports and client communications, to explain performance results, market conditions, and strategic recommendations in a way that is accurate, engaging, and client friendly.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investments, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field; MBA and/or CFA designation strongly preferred.
  • FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 required (will consider ability to obtain within six months).
  • At least 2 years of applied investment-related experience, with knowledge in market/economic analysis and investment strategy evaluation.
  • At least 2 years of institutional investment management experience in client service, consulting, or portfolio management.
  • Working knowledge of asset allocation theory, modeling techniques, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and software, with the aptitude to quickly learn new systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, client-ready materials and executive-level narratives.
  • Demonstrated collaboration, integrity, and relationship-building skills.

This role is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
