Join a highly collaborative, client-first multi-family office supporting UHNW individuals and families. This role is ideal for an advisor with 5+ years of UHNW or advanced planning experience who wants to deepen their exposure to complex, integrated wealth management.
What You Will Do- Serve as the day-to-day project manager for assigned client relationships.
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings; manage follow-ups and cross-team coordination.
- Create client review materials, proposals, and custom reporting.
- Support senior advisors with cash-flow modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced planning.
- Build trusted relationships with client families and external partners (CPAs, attorneys, insurance).
- Ensure all work aligns with compliance, fiduciary, and firm standards.
Required:
- 5+ years in a client-facing advisory or planning role (RIA, broker-dealer, MFO).
- Experience supporting UHNW clients ($10M+).
- Series 63/65/66.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- CFP CFA CIMA (or in progress)
- Experience with tools like eMoney, Orion, Salesforce.
- Life/Disability Insurance license.
