Required Qualifications 5+ years of mortgage servicing or underwriting experience, specifically with assumptions Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a regulated mortgage environment Strong knowledge of GSE, GNMA, and investor assumption guidelines Demonstrated ability to manage operational risk and regulatory compliance Minimum education requirement:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
