Overview
The Financial Aid Representative will work directly with students to manage their applications for all student lending including Federal Grant Programs, Federal Student loans, and private lending.
Responsibilities- Manage student applications for Federal Grant Programs, Federal Student loans, and private lending.
- Support students through the financial aid process and communicate program options clearly.
- 2+ years experience in an administrative role
- Financial Aid or Finance background preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills – Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
- There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
