Aboutthe Role
We’re hiring a Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain to partner with AI Infrastructure Supply Chain leadership in scaling the financial backbone of our global AI compute platform.
In this role, you will sit within the finance organization and work closely with procurement, operations, logistics, and commercial teams to lead financial planning, cost governance, and performance analysis across the end‑to‑end supply chain. You’ll own the financial models and insights that support sourcing, inventory, logistics, and network decisions in a capital‑intensive, operationally complex environment.
This is a high‑impact leadership role with direct influence on strategic investments and day‑to‑day business performance. Your work will help optimize unit economics, improve visibility into key cost drivers, and support critical decisions across supplier strategy, network design, and long‑term capacity and inventory planning.
What you'll be doing- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting across procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
- Build and maintain financial models for demand, inventory levels, freight costs, and network capacity.
- Analyze variances across procurement spend, transportation, warehousing, and inventory, identifying key drivers and risks.
- Track core supply chain performance metrics tied to cost and working capital efficiency.
Cost Analysis & Optimization
- Develop and refine unit economics across the supply chain, including landed cost, fulfillment cost, and cost‑to‑serve.
- Identify cost efficiency opportunities across sourcing, freight, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Partner with procurement and operations teams to understand cost drivers and operational performance trends.
- Support pricing, margin improvement, and cost reduction initiatives through data‑driven analysis.
Investment & Business Case Support
- Build financial models and business cases for supply chain investments, including network expansion, automation, and supplier strategies.
- Evaluate trade‑offs across make‑vs‑buy decisions, supplier selection, and distribution network design.
- Assess performance against investment assumptions and highlight key variances and risks.
- Lead financial evaluation of supplier contracts, including pricing structures, volume commitments, rebates, and service level agreements.
- Support vendor negotiations through cost modeling, scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
- Monitor vendor performance against financial and operational terms to identify risk areas.
- Manage spend tracking, variance analysis, and cost recovery opportunities across supplier relationships.
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Governance
- Partner with procurement, operations, logistics, and commercial teams to support financial decision‑making.
- Translate operational and supply chain data into clear, actionable financial insights.
- Produce regular reporting on supply chain costs, performance, and service levels.
- Establish and maintain cost tracking, inventory controls, and governance processes to improve data accuracy and transparency.
